Antiloop is a digital tool that makes abstract concepts about the environment and climate change more concrete, as well as closer and easier to understand. Antelope hopefully provides inputs to a number of conversations and subject-related tasks on various topics that provide an understanding of climate data both locally and around the world. Maybe some of your students will also open their eyes to IoT technology?
Antiloop is an innovation initiative from SFF in Helsingborg and development of the tool is a collaboration between Västra Ramlösa school, Department for Innovation and Transformation and the companies Innocode and Ducky. It is partly financed by Vinnova.
Antiloop in the classroom
This platform is for the teacher who wants some inspiration on how to use Antiloop in the classroom. It contains some suggestions on how to run a lesson using Antiloop as a support tool. There are hidden pictures in the PPT that are only for the teacher to read, and the pictures that are not hidden you can show to the students during the lesson. In the notes field under pictures there is info/questions that help the teacher lead the lesson.
That said, these are just suggestions for how Antiloop can be used and you are free to adapt the content and layout to work best for you and your students. We welcome your comments and feedback on how Antiloop works in the classroom – what works and what can be improved. We also want to hear from you if you have tips and suggestions for how other teachers can use Antiloop in the classroom!
